Team Member Spotlight - Jeremy

Today we're turning the spotlight on the man with the plan - our CEO and Co-Founder, Jeremy! He wears a lot of hats, but I think we can all agree that he wears them very well.

What do you do with Dream See Do?

What don’t I do, is the more apt question? :)  As the cofounder and CEO, I jump between many roles. Digital Product owner, team architect, client attache, creative director, plumber. Now that our team is growing, I have been able to start to focus more on overall business strategy and growth which is very exciting to me. I love our energetic and talented team!

How long have you been with Dream See Do?

4 ½ years. I birthed DSD with my co-founder, Josh.

What 3 things are you most passionate about (personal or professional)?

Definitely family and friends are #1. Well, meaningful relationships as a whole. I so value all of the interesting and unique relationships I have in my life… both at home and at work!

What book changed your life?

I really look back to books I read as a kid. The stories they shared and values they imparted. I am sure that they had an impact on how I view the world even today. Learning these critical things at a young age is so crucial. My favs were: ‘Where the Wild Things are’, ‘The Giving Tree’ and ‘Alexander and the No Good Very Bad Day’. Perhaps this is extra resonant at this time as I have a 2 and ½ year old :)

When you aren’t working, what do you love to do?

I write, record and play music. I love yoga, meditation, travel adventures and interesting foods. I love taking little trips and journeys with my girls as well.

Who inspires you the most?

Many people inspire me. I just wrote a small segment about the amazing women in my life in honor of the Women’s history Month for our DSD blog. This included my Nana, Mom, Wife, Sister and Daughter. I also just made a FB post about celebrating my late Grampa’s 100th birthday on March 13th. In many ways he inspired me more than anyone. He was the most talented, giving, loving, passionate and creative person I have ever known. He literally gave everything he had of himself (and possessions) to make others happy. Many of my gifts like my musicality, artful eye, and zest for life come from Grampy. He could literally pick up a new art form in a week and master it. He was a true renaissance man, and I model many of my practices after him.

If you could take a trip anywhere in the world right now, where would you go (money is no object)?

Right now Japan sounds pretty freakin’ cool. I have travelled a lot but never to Asia. I love Japanese food and culture, so I’d love to go there!

What are 3 goals you’ve set for yourself for this year (personal or professional)?

1. Continue to grow Dream See Do’s amazing team, impact and client base.

2. Continue to meditate more and find more time for yoga and exercise.

3. Take at least one incredible trip with my family!
